Comfortable, lots of room. Not too noisy even with the main highway right there. Great location. They gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room and food vouchers for no reason. That was nice. It is more affordable than most hotels too.

The location was great. The beds were so comfortable. The whole building was very clean. I love the sundeck overlooking the pool. It was nice to sit out there in the morning and have our coffee. I love that it was pet friendly and we could bring our dog with us. waking up and seeing two little ducks swimming in the pool before it opened. I grew up in Kelowna and my parents had a business in the Capri mall. It was the first time I ever ever stayed there in my life. I was very happy with the stay.

Stayed here maybe 3 or 4 times before. Good quality accommodation, plus I already know what to expect. This time I really liked the ground floor room (easy access to the parking lot). Complimentary breakfast was amazing. Not sure why we never got this before, absolutely loved it!

Loved the balcony, the pool area with the music on and being able to get water at the bar. Very nice staff too.

The dinner we had in the dining area was more than excellent...the wait staff were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Kudos to the chef for the fresh and delicious meal which was cooked to perfection. It is always a good thing to dine in the facility you are staying at for at least one meal as so often, as in the case of the Coast Capri, the offerings are wonderful. It was a shame the actual Vintners Grill Dining room was closed - to add that little extra 'ambiance' to the delicious food, and provide a bit more separation from the open areas.

The room was awesome though I am not a fan of sliding bathroom doors, bed was very comfortable, shower was great and the view was sweet. The desk staff gave us a room upgrade and accommodated us with a late checkout. The restaurant and staff were wonderful.

Clean rooms stayed 2 nights. shower head massage function was amazing and cured my bad back, pool was dope and warm , the restaurant in the hotel was actually really good and had gluten free options and killer ceasars. And Trevor hoooked up a room upgrade which was sick. Got lit and took lime e scooters to the casino which was close by. Definitely best spot in Kelowna

Awesome stay! We stayed very last minute after we lost another booking and the hotel was extremely helpful in getting us set up with 4 rooms at a moments notice. They were really quick at getting back to me about an early check in and the hotel was awesome. Great rooms, bed were comfy, facilities were clean, and the pool is a very nice area for hanging out. Location is also very good, about 30 minute stroll from the downtown core of Kelowna.

Fantastic pool area , and great cocktails ! bus outside property top get downtown but you can walk it too . Mall and restaurants a short walk away (30 mins) . comfortable beds , quiet rooms .
